In the Week of Nauryz celebration, there some students from three departments were active. On Monday, March 19, in the assembly hall of the college, the department “Primary Secondary Education” headed by the head of the department Esmuratova K.G, there was organized a festive contest “Do you know the traditions of ancestors?”. Also there were presented six villages, where everyone demonstrated the main custom of Kazakhs – hospitality. It was interesting: it was important to captivate our guests, to show them the peculiarities of this custom, to involve them in an interesting conversation, and be wonderful interlocutors yourself. Moreover, the conversation was conducted in three languages. Over the festively laid table, the dombra was playing, folk songs were performed and folk parables were told there.
Department of “Pre-school and elementary education” students showed a flash-mob to the music of Kara Jorga, in which not only the participants themselves danced, but also the spectators, because it was fascinating and spectacular.
At a big break, the dombra ensemble, which included students and teachers, performed several kyev, which certainly aroused great interest among listeners. The organizer of these outstanding speeches was the head of the department of Akhmetkalieva G.M.
The Head of the department “Physical Culture and the Foundations of Theology” Nubarakov A.N together with the head of physical education Mangatov R. Zh. organized sports festival “Folk Games”, in which students of this department, having shown and told about the rules of the games, we attracted students and spectators to participate. As always, such sports competitions aroused great interest, because sport is always a passion, a desire for victory and a good mood.
The culmination of the Week of Nauryz was a meeting with pupils of the orphanage “Umit”. The children met our students, got acquainted with the conditions of their life in the hostel, saw our classrooms and, finally, became not only spectators, but also they became participants of a celebratory concert. Moreover, this participation occurred spontaneously, so the guests were carried away by the festive program, that it was impossible to restrain. They started dancing with our students, demonstrating their skills and daring. At the end of the celebration was offered a treats – nauryz koje and delicious baursaks. The holiday was a success, the young people were happy, the adults were satisfied, and this is the whole point of such events.
